Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely repackage your items in their original boxes.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all hardware and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
